A small, straightforward agreement. memory.bike is free, it keeps nothing of yours, and it can be wrong. Those three facts are most of what follows.
Using memory.bike
You may use memory.bike for anything lawful, on as many of your devices as you like, for as long as it exists. There is no account to create, no licence key and nothing to pay. Using it means accepting these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use it.
Your words are yours
Everything you write in memory.bike — the explanation you bring, the corrections you make to it, the answers you fill a spoke with — belongs to you. We claim no licence over it and we never receive it: it stays on your device, as the privacy policy describes.
Accuracy, and what this is not
memory.bike helps you build explanations, and it also produces explanations of its own — including ones written with the help of language models. Explanations can be wrong. Ours are checked against sources where we can, and shown with their standing where we cannot, but neither of those makes them reliable enough to lean on without judgement.
So: do not treat memory.bike as authoritative, and do not use it where being wrong is expensive. It is not medical, legal, financial or safety advice, it is not a qualification, and it is not a substitute for a primary source. If something it tells you matters, check it — noticing where an explanation stops being reliable is the skill the whole product exists to build, and that includes when the explanation is ours.

Availability and liability
memory.bike is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be available, that it will keep working, or that it will keep existing. The apps run offline and will go on working after any website does, which is the most we can honestly offer.
To the extent the law allows, Anphase Ltd is not liable for loss or damage arising from using memory.bike — including anything you decided, wrote or relied on because of something it told you. Nothing here limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or equivalent consumer law where you live, which cannot be contracted out of.
Our part
The memory.bike name, wordmark and design are ours. The product's ideas are not: take them, argue with them, build something better.
Changes
If these terms change, the effective date above moves and the new version is published here. Continuing to use memory.bike after that means accepting the change.
Law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
