Something it told you is wrong
This is the most useful thing you can report, and we would rather hear it than not. Send the topic, what the app said, and what you believe is actually the case — a source helps but is not required. memory.bike's whole argument is that noticing where an explanation stops being reliable is the skill worth having, and that has to apply to its own explanations first.
Deleting what is stored
memory.bike keeps nothing about you and stores only your light-or-dark theme choice on your own device. To remove it:
- Web — clear site data for memory.bike in your browser's settings.
- iOS — delete the app. Deleting it removes its stored data with it.
- Android — delete the app, or use Settings → Apps → memory.bike → Storage → Clear data.
There is no account to close and nothing to request from us, because we never receive it. The privacy policy sets that out in full.
The app will not start, or looks wrong
The apps bundle everything they need and run offline, so a connection is not the cause. Worth trying, in order: close and reopen it; check the device is not out of storage; then reinstall it — you will lose only the theme choice. If it still misbehaves, write to us with the device, the OS version and what you were doing, and we will look.
Accessibility
Every state the app draws as a colour is also written out for a screen reader, and turning on reduce motion stops all of it moving. If something is unusable for you, that is a bug we want reported, not a limitation you have to work around.
What it deliberately does not do
Some things people ask for are refused on purpose rather than missing. memory.bike does not score you — no percentages, no streaks, no "mastered" — because a number replaces the sentence that would actually tell you where you stand. It is also not a flashcard app: it starts from an explanation you already have rather than from a deck. If either is what you need, it is genuinely the wrong tool and we would rather say so.
